Received Chase Freedom Card

Got our shiny new Chase Freedom card in the mail this evening. The credit limit is laughable! $500! But, whatever, that is close to enough for what I'll be using it for every month.

I have a question for all of you - How do I sign up for the 5% categories online? I know how to do it via phone. Also, how do I set up my due date?

    @LittleMsMom - everything I use my debit card for - bills, extra groceries, gas, etc. Interest rate is in the 20's, but it does not matter, because I will not be paying interest. Balance will be paid in full every week or month or biweekly. Have yet to decide how often.

    Congrats on the card. However you don't have to worry about whether to pay it weekly or biweekly. Just pay the "in full" balance when you receive the statement and you'll be fine.

    I will most likely do it bi-weekly, as that is how often I get paid, so it will just be easier to remember. Smile
